Minced meat, onions, tomatoes and spices in fried eggplant. Served with grilled green pepper, yogurt and rice pilaf.

Sauteed lamb, onion, tomatoes and paprika are cooked inside the traditional tandoori oven with a special jug and served with rice pilaf.

Homemade ravioli filled with minced meat, spices and parsley served in garlic yogurt with tomato sauce.

Lamb, roasted eggplant, milk, flour are served over the butter sauce.

 

Served with bulgur (wheat) pilaf.

The dinner (reservation needed) consist of plat du jour, salad, 4 kinds of meze, desert or fruit. Wine menu includes local Cappadocian wine and the wine making in the region dates back to the Hittite period. Together with a cheese plate, you can take a delightful trip by the unique aromas of Cappadocian wine.
